I like this site. It’s a combination of Last.fm, Hype Machine and Streampad. You can find new music from a lot of sources like Soundcloud, and also songs posted on Tumblr blogs. You can put a exfm player on your blog that will play your recently posted songs (like Streampad), but you can also make it play songs that you’ve ‘liked’ on exfm too. Plus it scrobbles them to Last.fm.
Gonna mess with the Android app later. Love finding new music.
My favorite ones:
Somebody is actually trying to get paid for explaining this simple shit to people?
Monty, dem ah teach we language fi money! A fuckery dat!!
It showcases what I like better than my Tumblr does.
Three young girls from Dunbar Middle school videotaped themselves tackling an 11 year old boy and taking off his clothes. The group can be heard laughing at times and mocking the boy as he struggled to break free.
Damn, school chicks are still gangstas I see.
That’s what you get for sending money to bank accounts in Nigeria and Malaysia.
I heard about this, so I’m just passing it along. Its like Streampad for your blog, except you can choose what songs are in the playlist (including songs from Youtube videos). And it looks better than Streampad, imo.
A European player attempted 124 three-point shots in a game, making only 24 of them. While he made less than one in five, that’s a True Shooting Percentage of nearly 30%! The real upset is not that this happened, but that it happened in Lithuania, and not the Oracle Arena in Oakland, or a Don Nelson fever dream.
Missing one hundred three-pointers in one game! By the fourth quarter, was he just throwing baseball passes at the rim from halfcourt? Even John Starks saw this box score and said, “Dude, pull it back a little.” Meanwhile, in Charlotte, Stephen Jackson resolved to spend at least one year in Kaunas after his NBA career is over.
The first great story of 2011.
My new favorite Tumblr.
A new study finds people who wear glasses to interviews are more intelligent and more likely to get hired. Also, 40% of people say they’d wear fake glasses to interviews to land a job.
I wear glasses, so I guess I win.
Those with negative perceptions of others were more likely to judge others as more extroverted, less agreeable, and less emotionally stable. The researchers found “negative perceivers” were actually more likely to experience bouts of the “blues.”
