I never posted this pic of me and my dad in the 80s before.

I grew up in a one bedroom apartment with my parents in The Bronx.  I learned a lot of things on this block.  By age 10 I had seen drug dealing, dog fighting, housefires, a body, and I knew about words I shouldn’t have known about (which is probably why I like them so much).  My uncle upstairs used to deal weed.  In actuality, it was rabbit food laced with some other shit.  Haven’t seen him since we moved to Miami.  On this block, I lived near 5 cousins, 2 uncles, 3 aunts, a grandma, and a great aunt.  It made being an only kid not so bad.

I wouldn’t change any of that.
